Silver Pacific EZ Pay is looking for stable carriers that are not satisfied with the banks vision for financing the growth of their company, and do not appreciate or see the value of the rates or business model charged by traditional factors in the freight industry.

When will I get my money?
That is your choice. You can have it next day or a week or two later depending on your urgency and need. The timing of payment receipt is one of the few factors that determine the rate you pay for our services.

How do I get set up?
If you are interested in our program, simply contact us and we can discuss it further with you. If it is appealing and it co-insides with your business value, then you just need to fill out an application as well as provide documentation on your company. Silver Pacific Investments will review and make any additional requests if necessary. A final agreement will be sent to you with your planned payment dates and rates clearly identified for your final approval.

How long does it take to get set up?
Generally, it only takes a few days for approval and about a week to get setup and fully implemented. Training has minimal impact to your staff and a Silver Pacific EZ Pay manager will oversee the first few weeks of your implementation to ensure a smooth transition.

How much does it cost to get set up?
There is no cost to set up the account. Silver Pacific Investments will do a background review of your company upon receipt of an authorized application. Once accepted, all credit reviews on clients, bank setup fees and other charges are all covered by the one fee that Silver Pacific EZ Pay charges on the invoices assigned.

How will I get my money?
Its your money so how you receive it and use it should be your option. At Silver Pacific Investments EZ PAY we hear that and have taken steps to ensure you have the choice you require or a mix to suit your needs.

- Direct Deposit (ACH or EFT) – We are able to offer direct deposit of your funds to a US or Canadian bank account you have previously setup with us. Silver Pacific EZ Pay will deposit right to your designated account on your planned payment schedule.
- Cash Card - We offer a choice of a loading cash to a card you keep at your end. This may also be used as fuel card. You can also receive funds on your primary card and choose to withdraw at an ATM or desired bank. Or you can use any portal to transfer money to driver cards that are also set up under your primary card, who in turn can use for payroll, fuel or travel needs. Any restriction in terms of payment type can be setup on the driver cards, so several options are available if desired.
- Comcheck or T-Chek – Traditional Comcheck/T-Chek options are available for some or all of your funding. These services have back end user fees that Silver Pacific EZ Pay does not control, we cannot cover this or otherwise be responsible.
- Mailed or Couriered Check – Having a hard copy of what you earned is sometimes a comfortable option as you can see it and know when it goes into the bank. For customers preferring this option, we still offer the tried and true and can have a check sent in your choice of mail, courier or express delivery.

Absolutely you can. We can pay you any day of the work week, Monday to Friday, you choose. Unfortunately we are not open Saturday, Sunday and all statutory holidays.

If you are working with other financers or factors, they must be known and pre-arranged with Silver Pacific Investment or you cannot use them.
In order to be eligible for our preferred one fee rate structure, we cannot be reconciling invoices as to the amount of their collectability. Silver Pacific EZ Pay will provide all funding services and by that, we can know we are invoicing and collecting the full amount of the invoices presented on your behalf.

This sometimes happens, especially at the start of the partnership. If you receive a check from a customer in error, simply notify our office and have the payment forwarded to us. Silver Pacific Investments has had this occur on a few occasions, but if your client has concerns with our partnership, one of our managers can meet with them to discuss their concerns. Generally this can be resolved to everyone’s satisfaction once they understand that we are not a factoring company.

Silver Pacific EZ Pay provides credit reporting on all your clients as part of our basic service. If we believe that a customer is too great a credit risk we will let you know that we do not recommend extending credit to the customer. As it is your business if you choose to extend them credit, Silver Pacific Investments will still set up the customer and invoice and receive payment accordingly. We will then fund you for these invoices on your normal settlement when they are received rather than advancing funds at time of invoicing.

In addition you will receive your receivables aging on a monthly basis to review the status of all collections.
